Product Introduction
Nano Carbon Anticorrosive Conductive Coating, as a new coating product, has a better conductivity than that of nickel and graphite powder. It satisfies the special requirements of grounding industry on high conductivity, strong anti-corrosion (acid, alkali, and salt) and thermal stability.
Operation Procedure
1, Mix the conductive material and polymer material in thoroughly in the coating can before brushing;
2, If need, add epoxy diluents (less than 25ml/kg) during spraying.
3, No need to add thinner when Manual brushing unless with situation of high temperature which brings faster solvent evaporation; Brushing paints less than 3 times to avoid coating peeling;
4, Start second brushing when first coating is dry (0.5 hours in summer, 1 hours in winter);
5, Coating paintings shall no less than 2 layers. The welding point need brushing again.
